PetzPals provides a platform for pet parents to connect with service providers. We do not directly own, manage, or guarantee the services offered. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are supplied by the providers themselves. You should evaluate providers carefully and communicate your expectations prior to booking.

4. Enquiries, Bookings, and Payments

• When you submit an enquiry or booking request, you authorize PetzPals to share relevant contact and service details with the chosen provider.
• Any fees or payment arrangements are made directly between you and the provider unless otherwise stated. PetzPals is not a party to those agreements.
• You are responsible for complying with cancellation policies and any additional terms communicated by providers.

5. Community Guidelines and User Content

PetzPals encourages respectful interactions. When you post or share content, you agree that:

• You own or have permission to share the content and grant PetzPals a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it in connection with the platform.
• You will not upload content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• We may remove or moderate content at our discretion to maintain community safety and accessibility.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for fraudulent schemes, spam, or other misleading practices.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of PetzPals, including by attempting to access protected areas without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of PetzPals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetzPals and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access to PetzPals in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PetzPals, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
