- 4Keep communication inside PetzPals messaging to benefit from automated check-ins and safety alerts.
- 5Require photo or video updates based on your petβs needs, especially for first-time carers.
- 6Use the in-app emergency flow to reach our team 24/7 if anything feels off. We coordinate support immediately.
After a stay
- 7Share a review to help future guardians make confident choices. Highlight what went brilliantly or what can improve.
- 8Report any incidents within 48 hours so we can investigate quickly and pause the listing if needed.
- 9Adjust your care preferences in the dashboard based on what you learned to keep future bookings smooth.
